The film featured both black and white and color scenes. A song from a dream sequence was specifically filmed in color. Renowned actor and producer Gour Prasad Ghose took on the role of the Hospital Superintendent, a negative character in ‘Amar Prem’, which was not produced by his own company. Actress and producer Parbati Ghose made a guest appearance in the movie. Ravi Chatterjee, known for his work as an art director in Satyajit Ray’s films, was responsible for the art direction in this movie.
