Overview:
An elderly couple named Harihara and Shanti Devi lived isolated in their village, away from their children. Both held onto traditional beliefs, practices, and restrictions that their daughters-in-law despised. After Shanti Devi passed away, her children focused on dividing her property instead of honoring her final rituals.
