Radha Panda initiated his journey in acting with the 1975 Odia film, Mamata. Over a decade-long career, he has demonstrated his acting prowess in over 40 Odia films. Besides acting, he ventured into filmmaking with his directorial debut, Bhakta Salabega (1983). His extensive portfolio includes prolific Odia movies such as Rakta Golapa, Ta’poi, Maa O Mamata, Phoola Chandan, Maha Sati Savitri, Manini, Bhakta Salabega, and Suna Chadhei.

Radha Panda passed away in 1987. His legacy is continued by his son, Jeebananada Panda popularly known as Jeeban Panda. who is also an actor in the Odia film industry.
