Overview:
In the 90s, a Bengali hotelier in the pilgrimage town of Puri approaches the local MLA Raja Bahinipati with a proposal to build a new hotel in the fisherman’s village, displacing the locals. However, their plans are thwarted when they discover that the area is controlled by the notorious Sahi Crime Lord, also known as the Robinhood of Puri, Babu Jena. This sparks an ancient rivalry, leading to a violent conflict between the gangs of Babu Jena, Nilu, and Loka Nana. Puri, once a sacred town, now becomes a battleground. Amidst the chaos, an ordinary Puri resident named Shiva inadvertently becomes entangled in the feud and rises to power as the new Nana. But he soon realizes that to be the kingpin, one must be willing to take a bullet.
