Overview:
Bandhu Mohanty, a devotee of Mahaprabhu Jagganath, lives with his wife and children, supporting himself through begging. During a village famine, he travels to Puri with his family, struggling to find food. After his wife urges him to pray for their hunger to cease, Bandhu turns to god for help. Mahaprabhu Jagganath answers his devoted plea and requests Goddess Lakshmi to provide for their needs.
